Delivery periods and Shipping

We use Fastway couriers and delivery times will vary depending on State and Post code ranging from 1-7 business days.


Limitations of embroidery

The Free embroidery is limited to a maximum size of 110 x 110mm. There are no design or colour limitations. Limit of 1 embroidery per shirt. 


Artwork Fees

If artwork is not supplied in correct format (DST File Format), artwork charges are billed at $60 +GST per digitised design. Some minor artwork may be done at no cost. The Free embroidery promotion does not include Free setup of the artwork.



All prices are shown excluding GST until checkout when GST is calculated on the total order, added and shown as separate figure. If shipping has not been calculated in the price this figure could change.


Ownership of Goods

Ownership title of goods remains with My Outfit until payment has been made in full.



Samples (blank product) will be provided where possible but must be returned otherwise they will be charge to your account.


60 Day unconditional Refund Terms and conditions

Most non-embroidered items we sell can be returned. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.

Your credit won't include any shipping and handling charges incurred when it was initially sent to you and you'll also need to cover the shipping costs to return the product. Setup costs cannot be refunded.

Unfortunately due to the nature of embroidery if you have personal names embroidered onto the garments we are unable to accept a return or exchange.

Trading Terms

We accept Cash, Mastercard, Amex, Visa, Cheque, Paypal or Direct Deposit.


Cancellation of Order

Once the order confirmation form has been signed, it is agreed we will supply your product in the specified time as stated in the order confirmation form. If you cancel an order after signing this form, cancellation fees may apply. Typical costs involved are artwork fees, set-up costs, restocking fee or full payment of job if items have already been decorated.


Typographic, Photographic and Technical Errors

Although we do our best to achieve 100% accuracy, occasionally errors and inaccuracies do occur. Should you encounter an error or inaccuracy, please inform us so it can be corrected. Products and packaging depicted may differ from stock available at the time of shipment.



All garments will be made as per customers requirements. However there are some cases where puckering can occur on large rear facing logos or stitch heavy front/rear facing logos.
